It is a combination of two medicines ( Telmisartan-40mg+ Hydrochlorothiazide -12.5mg ) that helps to control blood pressure when a single medication is not effective. It helps to reduce chances of any future heart attack and stroke. It is taken by mouth (orally), with food, preferably at the same time each day.
